Purpose: Mobilizes individuals and organizations to support Positive Citizen Leadership on Sustainability.
Participants: Trains individuals committed to making an impact through positive actions.
Track Record: Since 2019, 2,742 UPG Sustainability Leaders have been trained.
2025 Goals: Train and certify 500 new young leaders from around the world, with 60 participants receiving a free, immersive, 1-week experience at Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership, USA.

Selection Notification: Applicants will be notified of their status by 14th February 2025.
Eligibility Requirements
Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old as of 1 March to 31 July 2025.
Those outside this age range are not eligible for the UPG Sustainability Leadership Program but may join the UPG Community for other opportunities.
Self-Motivation: Candidates should be motivated, capable of overcoming challenges, and able to think creatively.
Nationality and Diversity: Open to applicants from all nationalities and genders, including those with disabilities.
Language: Strong English language proficiency is required for understanding application materials, training, and supporting content.

Program Costs
Participation: Free for selected participants.
Immersive Experience: Costs for training materials, accommodation, meals, local transport, and international round-trip flights (to the USA) are covered for those selected for the 1-week excursion.
