Brief Overview

The RIPS program allows talented undergraduate students to work in teams on real-world research projects proposed by industry or public sector sponsors. Supported by academic and industry mentors, students will present their findings at the end of the program, both orally and in writing. RIPS runs from June 23 to August 22, 2025, in Los Angeles.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate student or recent graduate (no earlier than December 2024).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a strong background in mathematics.
  • International students are eligible to apply.
  • Graduating seniors are eligible.
