Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a non-Egyptian African national
- Dual nationals with non-African citizenship are ineligible
- Open to all fields of graduate study at AUC
- New students must meet AUC’s graduate admissions requirements, including an International TOEFL iBT or academic IELTS score
- Continuing students must maintain a GPA of 3.2 to retain the fellowship
Scholarship Values
- Coverage includes:
- Tuition for up to nine credits per semester
- Monthly stipend
- Student services and activities fees
- Medical service and health insurance fees
- Monthly housing allowance or accommodation on the AUC New Cairo campus
- May cover remedial English language requirements if necessary
