Eligibility Requirements

Must hold an academic degree not older than six years by October 2025.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (post-bachelor); internships and voluntary work not accepted.

Academic performance must be in the upper third.

Applicants must not have resided in Germany for more than 15 months prior to the application.

Employment in academia (e.g., teaching, research) generally not considered as relevant experience unless under exceptional circumstances.
