The Programme:

Within the Commercial Graduate Programme, you will get to do 4 rotations within the following areas:- Commercial Finance, Scheduling, Revenue Management (Yield) and Route Development

Commercial Finance:

  • Route Profitability reports
  • Monthly market / competitor analysis
  • Evaluate and propose new route opportunities
  • Assist with research and planning projects
  • Liaise with internal Finance department in Ryanair

Scheduling:

  • Optimum scheduling of Ryanair fleet
  • Management of slot portfolios at coordinated airports
  • Analyse schedule efficiency

Yield:

  • Achieve target load factors across a portfolio of routes
  • Achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Conduct detailed market reviews, identifying potential threats and opportunities
  • Propose proactive pricing and yield management strategies
  • Liaise with internal Marketing department in Ryanair

Route Development

  • Manage and develop existing commercial relationships with airports
  • Identify and champion new low cost markets and routes
  • Liaise with internal Operations department in Ryanair

The Application Process:

What you need to get in – You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course. We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

Requirements

  • Studies in a relevant degree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to
  • Must of graduated/ finished university no earlier than 2023
  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
  • Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
  • Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
  • Good sense of humour and doesn’t take themselves too seriously!!!!
